From Atlanta: The Kevin MaddoxHip Hop Cardio Workshop
ABOUT KEVIN:
Kevin is a fitness presenter, dancer, and choreographer. He developed his own style of dance-fitness which has received critical acclaim and has afforded him the opportunity to travel the world to work with countless fitness enthusiasts. His style and presentation is synonymous with fun and is appealling to individuals from numerous backgrounds and demographics.
Kevin is also the founder and Executive Director or Atlanta's Premier Hip-Hop Dance Company & Youth Outreach Organization called Culture Shock Atlanta.
We encourage EVERYONE from all fitness and dance levels to attend this workshop. Kevin will make you comfortable and show you a side of dance fitness that is funky & fun. It's all about a little diversity and letting yourself experience new things. This is a once in a life time opportunity to see the master at work right here in Jacksonville!

1) Beginners P.A.C.E. (Practice, Attitude, Confidence, Enthusiam)
Beginner's Level- A very slow introductory program that consists of basic movement and instruction. This three month program includes instruction on nutrition, dance, flexibility, stretching, and confidence building.

2) Dance Trance Break Down Classes (DTBD)
All Levels- Review class consisting of various Dance Trance routines that are broken down before performing on the beat in a regular class. A great way to learn the routines and get a better workout in the regular DT classes.
