Lori, Director and Instructor
Meet Lori, the Director of Dance Trance MSP, who brings a strong dance background and a genuine love for the Dance Trance experience that began with the Dance Trance DC family. She’s passionate about creating a welcoming space where people can move, connect, and let go through music and dance. Lori is thrilled to share the joy, release, and sense of community that Dance Trance creates with the Twin Cities community.
Amy, Instructor
Meet Amy, who comes to us with experience in modern dance, cheerleading, and teaching ballet. After college, she discovered Dance Trance while looking for a way to continue dancing and quickly fell in love with the energy, movement, and community the program creates. Amy is passionate about inspiring dancers to have fun, feel confident, and enjoy the experience no matter their background in dance or fitness. She’s excited to bring the love and joy of dance to class!
